Can we Email instead of Call when a product has no eta?

Says to CALL.  Can we have an email hyperlink, or better still a button to lodge an enquiry automatically? Even better, send it straight to the responsible PM instead of sales, and send us an email copy so we can follow up.

the word "Call" is probably not the best choie indeed. ETA comes from the manufacturer and in many cases, we do not have a confirmed ETA. In this case, the best estimation we can provide is a number of days based on history (this is a functionality not implemented yet in the new Techlink but in the legacy Techlink, you see "x days" instead of a date)
