can't go back after clicking on manufacturer link form product details screen

If you display the product screen for a product, then click on the manufacturer link after the description, it shows all products by the manufacturer, but clicking the back button on the browser will NOT return to the product screen - you have to do a new search again.  W.

Barcodes

Automatic E-mailing of Invoices

 It would be great to have a feature for automatic e-mailing of invoices once generated.

Hi, This is done through our backend system. Please contact accountmaintenance@ingrammicro.com.au and they will be able to setup direct invoicing for you. This will send the email to you as soon as it invoices in the system.

They will need the IMAU account number and the email address for the invoices to go to.

Can we Email instead of Call when a product has no eta?

Says to CALL.  Can we have an email hyperlink, or better still a button to lodge an enquiry automatically? Even better, send it straight to the responsible PM instead of sales, and send us an email copy so we can follow up.

Drop Down Menu on My Account Menu Bar item

Can we have a drop down menu (like on products and vendors) on the menu bar for "My Account" so that we can jump straight to the option (eg Statements) and don't need to load the whole "My Account" page please?  W.

It's too close to the search bar and over sensitive, when trying to search, often the mouse pass oven them and the menu dropped down by accident.

Can you make it less sensitive, or make it drop down on click, or move the search bar further away from the menu.

We have emailed to the Team a suggestion to have the Search filed indented to the right. Therefore making it less possible to accidentally activate the Hover over for Products and Vendors.

 

We will advise further once we have a reply.

Display RRP ex gst/Location of VPN

Can you please display the RRP ex gst

Are you able to move the VPN to just above the description?

Hi,

    Please visit the latest FAQ. WE have updated the field for LIST on product search to include all price sets, including RRP ex GST.

 

In regards to the VPN (vendor Part Number), this is listed on the product Search field directly underneath the product Short Description.

 

 

With Product Details Page, the position is set as to not have it mixed in with other details. the line at the bottom of the main page includes VPN, SKU as well as a hyperlink to Vendor Warranty.

No warranty information given on products

The old site had warranty information on notebooks etc. The new site does not show if a device comes with 1 yr warranty or 3 yr etc. This is good to know so we can sell extended warranty if required.

can you please advise WHICH vendor you are looking at? We use a third party supplier for all product specifications and this whould be no problem in requesting this details. I have checked Toshiba product and they are showing the warranty details.
