OBSERVATION. 
Only 1/3 of the screen is dedicated to product information.  This makes for very poor viewing of products. Current site offers approx 75% of screen dedicated to product.  
Ctrl & scroll to enlarge is not permanent, the product content of the website is still reduced by the search and cart banners on L. & R. HS. 
SUGGESTION. 
Maintain all Search and Cart options across the top of the page/ screen. Remove side banners.  Ensure full screen viewing. ( perhaps the grey horizontal bars are the Beta version ? )

Hi Paul, We have received word from our web team, they are currently working on an EXTENDED version. Hopefully this will fill more of the page. We will update the group as we get more information on this.

Hi Grant.
2 Things:
1.  Just placed a DROP-SHIP order and I did not receive an email confirmation.  (This has been the case with the old Techlink in recent weeks also.
2. Where can I find my invoices? or at least search by Invoice #?

Please can you advise your IMAU Account number and i will check?

 

You can find invoices by either going to SHORTCUTS / My Invoices or MY ACCOUNT/ACCOUNT STATEMENTS.

My Account Number is 159030 - With the invoices though, I can't click on them or open them or email them to myself like I do on the old system.

This is because the ones stated 22.... are credit notes or reverse invoices. the actual invoice is a 009.... as below. Currently, the Hyperlinks have NOT been activated, however, this has been requested as to replicate what is currently available inside the old TechLink.

Also, in regards to Order Confirmation. Please ensure your personal preferences have been completed. this will enable features for ordering and quoting.
