Adding licences to basket

I seem to be able to add licences to the basket, but can't see any provision for adding the end user's contact details. Am I able to order licences on the new Techlink?

Thanks for the advice, can you advise the SKU of the License? Licenses, such as MS OPEN etc that are true License, currently cannot be ordered online and should NOT be able to be added to a basket.

Please be aware, we have looked into the above and found that License products inside the NEW portal have not been set for 'not orderable online'. While we are in the process of fixing this, please don not process any License products online, as the order will go to a HOLD status.

We will advise further once this has been fixed.

THIS EXCLUDES PKC, as this is a physical product, this is still orderable online as normal.
