Hi,

We need a simplified product description to copy and paste into a document or spreadsheet for the customer quote. This is saddly missing from the new website and means I have to go elsewhere (other distributors web sites) to get the information quickly and easily.

The sort category is very poor also. Especially in a product set like HP Multifunction printers where there are lots of choices.

     Are you able to supply some examples of what you would expect to see?

Currently, we show SHORT, LONG, BASIC SPEC and EXTENDED SPEC.

 

Please also give examples of SORT categories and what is failing?

Track and Trace

On old system, clicking track delivery takes you direct to Toll's page with tracking details. This new system it only tell you it's from Toll and tracking number, have to open Toll's webpage to search manually.

Please ensure you read the latest FAQ. We still have issues with the Track and Trace. At the moment, please ensure you do the track and trace on the old site until advised the NEW site is functional in this area.

Just tried to search for

TREND MICRO TITANIUM IS 3U 12MO

if I typed Titanium it returns nothing, I had to type Trend then browse the catagories

Special Pricing Tag

Special Pricing Tag should not appear on the product on the consumer vesion of the site (eg when you are not logged in)

Hi,

     As we are still within the PILOT stage, we are expecting minor issues. The team is constantly working towards fixes and improvements to the environment to ensure stability and usability.

 

This morning we experienced an import issue that resulted in the database not completing fully. This was found by the team and is currently being rectified as a HIGH incident.

Please send me a screen capture of what you are seeing.

Keep in mind, if you are delivering from WA warehosue to anywhere except WA address, the order will go on BLOCK. As stock in WA warehouse is only designated for WA customers and cannot be sent to East cost states.

The complete view of everything on back order with ETA date next to them like on the current system is useful, on this new system you have to go into individual order and look at each part's ETA date one by one.

still invoiced with no manufactures name in description
new site can not copy entire description and serail numbers in one go
if this is based on the old site then items are going to be in the wrong groups and that was a big problem with the old website after the first debacle

Can you please supply to me a screen copy of the issue so we can look at fixing this.

Categorisations are the same as they were in the current TechLink, however, the new website's search engine is most improved and alleviates the necessity to use the category structure.
